binded with apprval of MD.
4. Only one single form after sso validation for all
manpower requirement.
5. Tor by respective user to be added online by group head
or project OIC. Workflow will send email to MD for approval
on manpower registration.
6. On approval by MD workflow mail will comeback to manpower cell.
